Deposits

For bookings of 3 nights or less a £ 20.00 deposit is required. For Special Event Weekends a £40.00 deposit is required. For bookings of 4 nights or more a £ 50.00 deposit is required. For all Bank Holidays a £ 60.00 deposit is required. Please note, that all deposits are non-refundable.

Bookings :

Option 1.
You can print a copy of our pdf formatted booking form direct from this website. Complete the form and enclose the appropriate non-refundable deposit and send it direct to the park to the address below. Please allow enough postage time for us to confirm your booking. Option 2.
You can send your non-refundable deposit with a brief note stating your booking details including your name & contact details, reservation dates, the type of touring unit you will be using such as caravan, motor home, trailer tent or tent and any other requirements such as electric, awning, pets, extra persons or vehicles to the address below.

Please make all cheques,postal orders or banker’s drafts payable to MISS D DIAMOND. If necessary only send cash by Special Delivery as we can not guarantee receipt of cash payments posted to us by normal delivery. We will confirm your booking by either telephone, text, email or post.

Multiple Bookings

The park does not accept multiple bookings. Each pitch must be booked separately and accompanied by the appropriate non-refundable deposit or full payment. However we will endeavour to pitch groups of friends and family booking the same reservation dates next to, or very near to each other.

Balance Payments

Please note that all balance payments must be paid in cash or by banker’s draft or postal order upon arrival. We will only accept cheques with guarantee cards for balance payments received and cleared at least 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that we do not have the facility for Debit/Credit card transactions on site.

Cancellations

If we have to terminate your stay whilst on site for health & safety reasons we will refund the cost of those remaining nights booked. If we cancel your holiday prior to your arrival we will either carry forward any monies paid towards another booking within the present season or refund you in total any monies you have paid. However, if we are forced to terminate your stay for breaking any of our terms and conditions we will not refund any monies paid. If you or any member of your party chooses to terminate your vacation earlier than booked a refund may be offered but not guaranteed depending on the circumstances of your departure. Please note we require the minimum of seven nights notice to refund any balance monies paid prior to arrival.

Please note that by booking with us you have agreed to accept and abide in full and without prejudice to all our terms, both expressed and implied, during your stay at Rose Tree Touring Park and that all requested information supplied by you is true and correct and that all members of your party are aged 30 years or over.
